performance of a credit card organization requires an understanding of customer
behavior, including their purchasing patterns, card usage and risk potential.
The Credit Card IWS application provides a series of reports that can analyze
which cardholders, merchants, and corporate clients are most profitable. These
reports identify such information as: new cardholders during the past year;
the types of purchases made by cardholders; the top merchants in terms of
transactions and amounts; the top corporate clients in terms of transaction
volume and charges in the travel categories, broken down by product and geography.
